The Office of the Vice President of Recruitment and Pledge Education Advertises and promotes a Rush Period; Trains pledges; Organizes the pledge class executive board; Oversees the pledge executive board meetings; Serves as the primary executive board contact for the pledge class; Serves as the presiding officer at all pledge meetings; Submits pledge and active membership forms; Serves as the chief evaluator of the requirements of the chapter's pledge education program; Ensures all proper chapter and National office paperwork is filed for pledges in a timely manner; Coordinates the Pledge Parent Program; Assists the Vice President of Membership
