Our office focuses on the promotion of Leadership within our chapter to fulfill the Leadership pillar of Alpha Phi Omega. To do this, we facilitate two retreats every semester, Pledge Retreat and Camp APO. We also help encourage brothers within our chapter to take LEADS courses by co-sponsoring LEADS Day, facilitating times to take online Launch as a chapter, and promoting attendance at other LEADS courses around the nation. In addition to these responsibilities, we host Mr. APO, our chapter’s annual man pageant. At meetings, we share a Leadership Quote every week, and also elect a Leader of the Bros and Toolbox Award, which we consider to be fun weekly promotions of leadership! To allow brothers the opportunity to share other events they are involved with, our office helps organize Shameless Plugs which are shared at every chapter meeting.
