The Office of Finance receives and disburses the funds of the chapter in a prudent manner, establishes a date by which the chapter dues and National dues must be paid, maintains an accurate account of all financial transactions, transmits to the National office all fees and dues as prescribed by the National Bylaws, submits National fees and dues for actives to the Vice President of Membership for submission to the National office, develops the annual chapter budget by the beginning of the fall semester, completes all financial forms and reports prescribed by federal, state, and educational institution policies as required by the National Bylaws, attends all financial workshops and budget hearings held by the Student Government Association on campus, serves as the chief fund-raiser for the chapter to support chapter activities and campus-wide events, organizes at least three (3) fund-raising events each semester, and assists the pledge class with any fund-raising they have organized.
